Use a Brazilian manual proxy like: 200.251.201.1 port 8080
Log in to Stardoll.
Then change to this link: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1128
Turn of the manual proxy, close the window and log in to Stardoll as usual.
It will be in a Earth Hour bag in your suite.
