If you only want the Crystal Ball you can log in to Stardoll.com through a UK web proxy like: Goproxing.com
For the Wand you will need a manual proxy
(of course you'll get the Crystal Ball through this step too):
Use a UK manual proxy like: 87.117.238.254 port 3128
Then go to: http://www.stardoll.com/en/party-chat/index.php
Log in to Stardoll.
Enter one of the parties and wait untill it has loaded.
Turn off the manual proxy and log in to Stardoll as ususal.
The gifts will be in a Wizards On Waverly Place shopping bag in your suite.
