Use a Finnish manual proxy like:
193.184.72.178 port 80 (might be a bit slow but works)
Then go to this page:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1379
Log in to Stardoll and create a scenery.
(When you have logged in you can remove the proxy if it loads slowly)
Then go to this page:

Log in to Stardoll and create a scenery.

Remove the manual proxy and log in to Stardoll as usual.
