Set a Turkish manual proxy like:
89.106.13.93 port: 80 (slow but works)
Paste in this link into your url bar:

Log in to Stardoll.
Send in a photo and click on the Enter competiton button.
Turn off the manual proxy and log in to Stardoll as usual.
The dog will be in a Starplaza shopping bag in your suite.
